Terms & Conditions

Once you have reviewed the terms and conditions and chosen to proceed with a booking,
you are in agreement with all the terms and conditions outlined.

Your reservation is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of R3500 is received.
Please email proof of payment and the completed reservation form to cpa.infoab@gmail.com.

The balance is due before check-in. Final camper numbers (including day visitors) must be confirmed 10 days before the camp.
Payment (excluding deposit) must be made via EFT 2 days before camp. Deposit will be deducted from the total amount.

Minimum group sizes for weekends, from Friday to Sunday. Camp must book 2 nights

A-Site: 50 people (you must pay for 50 even if fewer attend)

B-Site: 45 people

Midweek (Mon–Thurs) bookings: minimum 25 people

Note:

A -Site and B-Site facilities are separate—no cross-access allowed.

Campers must leave the site clean.

Bring your own fire starters and wood.
